Leff, Rita

Rita Leff (1907- 1979) was an American painter and printmaker. She was born in New York and she studied at the Art Students League, New York, the Brooklyn Museum School of Art, and at Parsons School of Design. Her first exhibit was in the 1950 with the Brooklyn Society of Artists. She went on to exhibit with the Audubon Artists, the Boston Printmakers, the Society of American Graphic Arts, the Village Art Center, and the National Association of Women Artists. In the 1970s she moved to West Palm Beach, Florida.
