Hiroshige, Utagawa (Ando)
Ando Hiroshige (1797 - 1858) was a Japanese print master known for his woodblock prints, illustrations, and paintings. He was a native of Edo, Japan and served as an apprentice to the ukiyo-e artist Utagawa Toyohiro. He was known for his pictures of birds, flowers, and landscapes.
