Harold Stetzer (1940 – unknown) is a German artist, born in 1940 in Kassel, Germany.  He attended the High School of Art in Offenbach, Germany from 1957-1959, and from 1960-1963 at the Academy of Berlin under Professors Jaenisch and Stabenau.
