Paccassi, Virginia

Virginia Paccassi (1921 - unknown death date) was born in 1921 and attended college in both Iowa and Oklahoma until receiving a scholarship to the New Orleans Art School in 1941. In 1944, her work was included in the Metropolitan Museum’s first Pepsi-Cola Exhibition. She was then sponsored by Contemporary Arts in 1945 for her first one-woman show in New York.  At one time, she and her husband, Lowell Naeve, traveled the country giving lectures and demonstrations on the art of print making.
